What
is it? A credit report that may contain a wide variety of information such as: UCC filings,
tradelines, public records, the type of business the
company engages in, etc. The Experian business report
is recommended for the member who wants a quick report
for a modest price. However, Experian's files are not
always complete and even well established businesses
may not have a record with the bureau.
How
long? The report can take up to 24 hours for a response.
What
is it? A risk score was designed to indicate the likelihood of an applicant defaulting
or the probability of having any serious delinquency.
Although a nice tool, your decision should consider
other credit factors, and all other tenancy verification.
2 scores are available - FICO (Fair Isaac & Co) generates a score where the higher the number, the better the score. Regular
risk score generates a score where the lower the number,
the better the score.
How
long? The risk score will appear instantly on the credit report.
(NOTE: You must request the score at the beginning in order for it to appear
on the credit report)
What
is it? Experian and TransUnion supply social security traces. The search will provide
a list of up to 20 names and addresses that associated
with the social security number. It will also be checked
against a list of valid social security numbers that
have been issued.
How
long? The trace report will send results instantly.
