You Benefit From Membership Loyalty
Another reason so many owners read our magazine is loyalty! We have the largest membership of apartment owners and Property Management Companies in Southern California -- they pay to belong and are loyal to their association magazine and advertisers!

Property Management Companies
In addition to the property managers and apartment owners who are AOA members, we maintain a list of all the Property Management Companies we can find in each geographic area. These companies manage both residential and commercial properties and we mail to them all! As we rotate our mailings, it is our goal that this extra list of Property Management companies will receive your ad at least six times during the year.

Inserts
This is when you print your ad on a special 8 x 10 piece of paper and we put it in the magazine. When the reader opens the magazine, your ad can fall out into his/her lap. You can print both sides and we recommend that you use a colored paper so that it really stands out. One study showed that using color in an ad can increase your reader response from 30% to an astounding 180 %!

All inserts must be printed on 20 pound Printers Bond. If it is printed on a heavier weighted paper, the rate will fluctuate accordingly. Your inserts are all individually inserted by hand.

Costs for inserts (8 x 10 or folded):

$65 per thousand for 10,000 - 25,000
$60 per thousand for 26,000 +
(10,000 minimum)

It Takes Time
If you are looking for an immediate short term response, use direct mail or the Trade Show. For steady long term growth, use the AOA magazine in combination with direct mail and/or the Trade Show.
The key to your success is repetition! Your prospects must see your ad over and over, again and again! When they do need your product or service and they start searching through the Association Magazine, your company will then look familiar and they will know that you have been in business for more than just a few months.
