In order for AOA members to get access to our Tenant
Screening services there are five simple steps to take:
- Identify your correct business classification.
- Send in all required documents based on your business classification.
- Complete and sign our Credit Report Service Agreement.
- Complete and sign the Fair Credit Reporting Act Agreement.
- Have a physical inspection completed. (For physical inspection FAQ's, click here)
 To make things easier, you can download, complete & print in your computer our Tenant Screening Requirements (Needs Adobe Reader). Send us all your documentation and we'll contact you immediately after processing.
