First-Time Users Service Agreement

Please fill in the information below and a you will receive an email with instructions to set up an account. Email notice will be sent same business day Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.

You will need to complete and sign the Credit Report Service Agreement & FCRA Requirements. In addition, you will need to send in necessary documents required by the Credit Reporting Agencies (Experian and/or TransUnion) verifying ownership of property.

Once you've faxed over the documents, we will set up your account and you will receive an email with your assigned Username and Password. You will then be able to request instant credit and eviction reports online, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week! If you have not heard back from us within 24-hours, please call 888-294-4640 (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri PST) for assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: All prospective clients are processed in the order received. If we receive ALL required documents, your account will be set up that same business day. We greatly appreciate your patience as we do our best to expedite the processing!

REMINDER: Your first tenant credit report is FREE. The free report ONLY applies to the first time you use the "Credit Report Only" option ($9.95). If you choose the Combined Report, no part of it will count towards your free report.
