Credit reports are on individuals only. If a credit report is requested on both the husband and wife, separate credit reports are needed and a report charge will be incurred for each individual.

The credit department inquiry lines are open from 8:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The inquiry lines are closed Sundays and major holidays.
