BOOTH SERVICES:

Each booth will be provided with show colored carpet, a pipe and drape system to a height of 8’ in back and 3’ on each side and a customized exhibitor identification sign. AOA will also provide free listings in our Trade Show Buyer’s Guide which is handed out to each attendee of the show. Additional items, such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be rented through the show decorating company.

EXHIBIT HOURS:

Trade Show hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20th, 2010.

 
 

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN / MOVE OUT:

Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19th, or 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20th. All materials must be removed from the facility by 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20th.

REGISTRATION:

Return your completed form to reserve a booth at the AOA Trade Show. Only payment guarantees a space. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
