| Governor Newsom has signed AB 1482 Statewide Rent Caps |

As you probably already know, Governor Gavin Newsom has signed AB 1482 Statewide Rent Caps - what Newsom has self-proclaimed to be the “nation’s strongest statewide renter protections.”
As a result, AOA hosted a seminar that was live-streamed to ALL housing providers to hear Attorney Dennis Block discuss the new law and what it means to every landlord in California!
