SBA Disaster Assistance in Response to the Coronavirus:  The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

EDD provides a variety of support services to individuals affected by COVID-19 in California. Below are some suggestions for employees reporting to work, but please follow CDC guidelines, as day to day operations seem to be changing by the minute:

SHELTER IN PLACE:

COVID-19 Shelter in Place Orders by City – several local governments have established “shelter in place” orders with varying recommendations.  “Shelter in Place” typically means some sort restrictions preventing individuals from leaving home:

March 19, 2020 – Governor Gavin Newsom Issues “Stay at Home” Orders.  The California State Public Health Officer and Director of the California Department of Public Health is ordering all individuals living in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence except as needed to maintain continuity of operation of the federal critical infrastructure sectors.
